The ZYBL series plate sealed filter (blade filter) is a new generation of filtration equipment designed by our company to replace imported filter equipment based on foreign technology and combined with China's national conditions. It is an updated replacement for plate and frame filter cloth type filter presses. This equipment is suitable for solid-liquid separation or clarification filtration in industries such as seasonings, alcoholic beverages, oils and fats, petrochemicals, chemicals, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, and beverages. The filtering component is made of stainless steel material. As the entire filtering process is carried out in a closed container, it can replace the traditional "plastic plate and frame filter press". This equipment can be customized for manual and automatic slag discharge, which is convenient to use and eliminates the leakage and pollution caused by the "open" structure of traditional filter presses. Moreover, it has high filtering accuracy and can achieve the effect of filtering and clarifying liquids once. The filtering area ranges from 2 square meters to 200 square meters for users to choose from. According to the filtering process requirements, the sealed container is available in two materials: carbon steel and stainless steel for users to choose from.

○ Main structure and working principle
The main body of the filter is composed of a shell, filter screen, lifting structure, automatic slag discharge device, etc. The filter screen is composed of multiple layers of stainless steel wire mesh and is installed on the aggregate pipe, making disassembly and cleaning very convenient.

When filtering, the filtrate containing filter aid enters the filter through a conveying system (pump or other tool), forming a stable filter cake on the filter screen (the filter cake layer can provide countless fine channels), and then the filtrate is filtered through the micropores of the filter cake layer.
